MicroDolphin is an AI-assisted platform for designing, generating, and shipping applications. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue functionality at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Billing and credits

Paid plans, credits, and pay-as-you-go usage are billed through our payment providers. Charges are described at checkout. Generation actions consume credits as displayed in your wallet.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the content you create. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its software, branding, and design.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, FireDolphin Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
